What Information Does OMMA Require from Dispensaries?
Hi, this is Oklahoma Cannabis Business Attorney Jesse Kovacs. Today we’re going to be asking if I’m a dispensary, what sort of information do I need to provide to OMMA on a monthly basis?
As you may know, if you’re a grower, a processor, or a dispensary, you need to submit monthly reports on the 15th of every month for the preceding month to OMMA detailing certain information.
Now, for a dispensary, what you’re going to need to submit to OMMA is your amount purchased in pounds, your amount sold or transferred in pounds, your amount of waste in pounds, your total sales in dollars, and your total taxes collected in dollars.
Complying with OMMA Requirements
If for some reason your amount purchased is greater than the amount that you have sold and have in present inventory, then OMMA will want a detailed written explanation for why that is.
The best way to comply with these requirements is to input all this info through the Oklahoma State Inventory Tracking System metric and then that will essentially have your reports done for you.
